Premium Processing for COS
Premium processing guarantees USCIS will process I-539 Change of Status applications within 30 calendar days once all prerequisites, including receipt of biometrics, have been met. Individuals applying for a change of status to F-1, F-2, M-1, M-2, J-1, or J-2 nonimmigrant status are eligible for premium processing. The fee for premium processing is $1,965.
